it isnt until the world is left with the 1 dog in my life before i realise how important she is. she kept me company when im using the computer, watching the tv, eating, sleeping and even helped me attain a healthy lifestyle with our daily walks. =) walking alongside me, occasionally looking up at me with the "hi boss!" look.

jazz is a creature who doesnt bear any grudges, unlike humans. alvin tugged really hard at her collar today because she barked at his neighbours and he got really angry because jazz didnt obey the 'quiet' command. when the whole episode was over, jazz kept sitting beside alvin and kept looking at him, and even touched him affectionately with her nose. No matter how he treated her, she was always there. never angry.

such a wonderful friend. i couldnt imagine living in the house without her. sometimes it saddens me when people stop outside the house and scold her for barking when they walked past. i know im partly to blame but im trying hard to train her. its not like she barked 100% of the time! sometimes she made mistakes and let out a bark or growl. but who doesnt make mistakes? she is just an 8month old puppy, afraid and uncertain of the world.

so people, do be understanding about dogs and be nice to them! they are not all that scary as they look. try letting them sniff and lick your hands if you see one. it may brighten their day to meet you. =)
